Your Devotional message for 9th Jan 2021
Scripture:
“I will declare the decree: The Lord has said to Me, ‘You are My Son, today I have begotten You. Ask of Me, and I will give You the nations for Your inheritance, and the ends of the earth for Your possession’(Psalm 2:7-8).
Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 09 of 31 days we will do further expose on the new series and meditate on the scriptures relating to the Keys for success in 2022’-by applying the laws of wealth and abundance. As we begin the new year, you must realize that positioning for success is our priority. One major key for success in life is wrapped up in the word of God. The word of God is God. God has promised His children nations for inheritance, and you should declare the decree to possess your inheritance.
“I will declare the decree: The Lord has said to Me, ‘You are My Son, today I have begotten You. Ask of Me, and I will give You the nations for Your inheritance, and the ends of the earth for Your possession’ (Psalm 2:7-8).
As there are physical laws that operate within the earth for instance the Law of gravity, so also are laws of prosperity with regards to wealth and abundance. In this context, we will meditate on the scriptures pertaining to fundamental spiritual laws that influence prosperity and wealth.
- The law of obedience to the Almighty God
If they obey and serve Him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures (Job 36: 11).

- The law of sowing and harvest
“While the earth remains, Seedtime and harvest, Cold and heat, Winter and summer, and day and night shall not cease” (Genesis 8:22).
- The Law of asking and receiving
“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you (Matthew 7:7, NKJV). As God is the giver of all things in life, He expects His children to ask of Him.
Let see what happened to Solomon.When the Lord appeared to Solomon at Gibeon in a dream by night; and God said, “Ask! What shall I give you?” (1 Kings 3:5, NKJV). And I have also given you what you have not asked: both riches and honour, so that there shall not be anyone like you among the kings all your days (1 King 3:13, NKJV).
Concerning the Law of asking, Jesus Christ said that: “And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it” (John 14:13-14).
- The Law of giving and receiving
God is the giver of the Power to get wealth:
“And you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day” (Deuteronomy 8:18).
Whatever, you are giving you must give back as an art of Love and gratitude to God. This is what Jesus Christ said that “Freely you have received, freely give” (Matthew 10:8, NKJV).

Faith Confession of the Month:
Our Father, thank you, for another new year and a new day. I shall be glad and rejoice in You. Thank you for my salvation, divine health, grace and glory, provision, protection, eternal life,and supernatural ability at work in me. I declare boldly that I am aglow and strong in the spirit, filled with wisdom, knowledge and understanding; and the grace of God is upon me (Luke 2:40). The Holy Spirit is my Senior Partner. I operate in the Higher dimension of the power through the Word of God and the Power of the Holy Spirit. I have victoried every day of my life.
I operate with the great grace and Mighty Power of God for His great works – Healings, miracles, signs, and wonders. The word of God is in my mouth and as I meditate, it permeates to the deep part of my Spirit, soul, and body. It is written, “And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power” (1 Corinthians 2:4). Behold, I receive the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19). I rule over Satan and his cohort of darkness with the Fire of the Holy Ghost. I prosper in my spirit, soul, and body. My life is flourishing in all areas of life as well as my health even as my soul prospers. Success, wealth, financial abundance and victory are mine in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
Prayer Points:
1. Thank You Father that you havegiven me Holy Spirit for my abundance.
2. O Lord, as I obey, I will spend my days in prosperity and years in pleasure 3. I receive the Power of God for wealth and uproot demonic power of poverty.
