Your Devotional message for 9th June, 2023.
Scripture:
Then you call on the name of your gods, and I will call on the name of the Lord; and the God who answers by fire, He is God.” So all the people answered and said, “It is well spoken” (1 Kings 18:24)
Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 9 of the 30 days of the month of June, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our series ‘The God that answers prayers’ – Clean hands and pure heart.
Before the New Testament, Elijah showed to us the essence of God’s Fire can be used to destroy the evil works. He called upon the God that answers prayers by Fire. But thus you shall deal with them: you shall destroy their altars, and break down their sacred pillars, and cut down their [a]wooden images, and burn their carved images with fire (Deuteronomy 7:5)..
We must come to God with cleans hands and a pure heart in prayers. Elijah defeated four hundred and fifty men who were Baal’s prophets.
Therefore, let them give us two bulls; and let them choose one bull for themselves, cut it in pieces, and lay it on the wood, but put no fire under it; and I will prepare the other bull, and lay it on the wood, but put no fire under it. Then you call on the name of your gods, and I will call on the name of the Lord; and the God who answers by fire, He is God.”
So all the people answered and said, “It is well spoken” (1 Kings 18:24)
O Lord manifest your great wonders through Your mighty power in me today that will glorify Your name for good.

I pray with you today, may you experience a supernatural manifestation of healings, deliverance, signs and wonders in your life, marriage, finance, business, and family in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Glory be to God!

Thanks be to God for my salvation, divine health, grace, glory, provision, protection, eternal life, healings, and supernatural ability at work in me. I operate in the Higher dimension of the Spirit and Power of God. I am more than a conqueror every day of my life. I function in the Powerful name of Jesus with great grace and Mighty Power of God for His great works – Healings, miracles, signs, and wonders. Infirmity in my body be scattered and be destroyed by Fire. I cast you out. Behold, I take authority over serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19). Prosperity is mine in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
