Your Devotional message for 8th August, 2023.
Scripture:
“I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; And you shall be a blessing” (Genesis 12:2).
Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 8 of the 31 days of the month of June, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our series ‘The great promises of God’ – The blessing.
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ (Ephesians 1:3).
The blessing of the Lord is the power to prosperity. You cannot speak of prosperity without blessing. The importance of the blessing of the Lord in the life of a believer cannot be underestimated. Someone said that I will rather take the blessing than £1 million. Why? Because the blessing can turn you to billionaire according to God’s will.
One of the promises of the Lord to Abraham was the blessing.
“I will make you a great nation;I will bless youand make your name great;And you shall be a blessing.I will bless those who bless you,and I will curse him who curses you;
and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed” (Genesis 12:2-3).
-Blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply your descendants as the stars of the heaven and as the sand which is on the seashore; and your descendants shall possess the gate of their enemies. In your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, because you have obeyed My voice (Genesis 22:17-18).
I pray for you that may you discover the Truth that will set you on course for the rest of this year in the name of Jesus.

I pray with you today, may you experience a supernatural manifestation of healings, deliverance, signs and wonders in your life, marriage, finance, business, and family in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Glory be to God!
