Your Devotional message for 7th Jan 2021
Scripture:
By the word of the Lord the heavens were made, and all the host of them by the breath of His mouth (Psalms 33:6)
Explanation:
We will meditate on the scriptures relating tothe new series called Keys for success in 2022’-The Word in Your Spirit in today Daily Meditation, day 6 of 31 days.
As we begin the new year, you must realise that positioning for success is our priority. One major key for success in life is wrapped up in the word of God.The word of God is God. Meditation on the word of God allows the word to be in your spirit. God instructed Joshua to meditate on the word day and night to have good success. This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but youshall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success (Joshua 1:8).
For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart (Hebrews 4:12).
As for God, His way is perfect; The word of the Lord is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him (2 Samuel 22:31).
Whenever you faced with any tremendous battle of life or affliction and seems there is no way out, get to the word? You must realise that there is no battle too difficult for God to surmount. The spiritual battle is an invisible battle that is orchestrated by demonic forces and God’s power can control and give you victory purchased by the blood of Christ. However, you must stick to His word, and you will come back with a great testimony that you are a more than a conqueror.He sent His word and healed them and delivered them from their destructions (Psalms 107:20).
Jesus Christ said that “It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life” (John 6:33).

Every word of God is pure; He is a shield to those who put their trust in Him (Proverbs 30:5).
And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death” (Revelation 12:10-11).

Today, let me challenge you that Jesus Christ came for your salvation and to give you freely Eternal life. If you are yet to receive Christ, do so today by repentance from all your sins and confessJesus Christ as Your Lord and saviour.

Faith Confession of the Month:
Our Father, thank you, for another new year and a new day. I shall be glad and rejoice in You. Thank you for my salvation, divine health, grace and glory, provision, protection, eternal life,and supernatural ability at work in me. I declare boldly that I am aglow and strong in the spirit, filled with wisdom, knowledge and understanding; and the grace of God is upon me (Luke 2:40). The Holy Spirit is my Senior Partner. I operate in the Higher dimension of the power through the Word of God and the Power of the Holy Spirit. I have victoried every day of my life.
I operate with the great grace and Mighty Power of God for His great works – Healings, miracles, signs, and wonders. The word of God is in my mouth and as I meditate, it permeates to the deep part of my Spirit, soul, and body. It is written, “And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power” (1 Corinthians 2:4). Behold, I receive the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19). I rule over Satan and his cohort of darkness with the Fire of the Holy Ghost. I prosper in my spirit, soul, and body. My life is flourishing in all areas of life as well as my health even as my soul prospers. Success, wealth, financial abundance and victory are mine in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
Prayer Points:
1. Thank You Father that you havegiven Your word full of power into my spirit.
2. O Lord, the Word is a Light to my path and a Lamp to my feet. 3. Let utterance be given to me to make known the mystery of the gospel.
