Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 07 of 31 days of the month of December, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘Arise and shine’.
In today’s Daily Meditation we will discuss and meditate on ‘Arise and shine’ – Mercy.
The Psalmist – sons of Korah’s prayer cried to the Lord for restoration and mercy for their land. God responded to the cry for mercy. The prayer of mercy is a kind of prayer that many people who prayed in the Bible and God never turned down.
Show us Your mercy, Lord, and grant us Your salvation (Psalm 85:7).
Great deliverance He gives to His king, And shows mercy to His anointed, To David and his descendants forevermore (Psalm 18:50).
But the Lord was with Joseph and showed him mercy, and He gave him favour in the sight of the keeper of the prison (Genesis 39:21).
I will be glad and rejoice in Your mercy, For You have considered my trouble; You have known my soul in adversities (Psalm 31:7).
May you receive the power and the strength of God that will make you to reign in life in the name of Jesus.
