For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God (Ephesians 2:8).
Explanation:
Daily Meditation, day 06 of 31 days of the month of April, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘The supernatural grace of God’ – The benefits of the grace of God.
We can approach God in faith to grant us His divine ability as we approach the throne of grace is that throne of God where we can come anytime as we seek His will for our lives and our desires are presented to God.
Grace is an unmerited favour that enable us to receive that which is available in the spiritual realm for us. Thanks be to God that grace has come by the Lord Jesus Christ. In the brevity of time let us look at a few benefits of the grace of God.
Grace brings salvation:
For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God (Ephesians 2:8).
Grace for our needs:
Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16).
Liberation from poverty to rich by grace:
For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich (2 Corinthians 8:9).
Our gifts are powered by the grace given:
Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, let us prophesy in proportion to our faith; (Romans 12:6).
But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all, yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me (1 Corinthians 15:10).
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen (2 Corinthians 13:14).
