Explanation:
Daily Meditation, day 05 of 31 days of the month of February, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘‘The Power of God’’ – His mighty power.
- One of the attributes of the power of God is that of His mighty power. The power has the ability to change any situation on this earth. There are situation especially spiritual thing that will not change unless a greater power shows up. And by all that mighty power and all the great terror which Moses performed in the sight of all Israel (Deuteronomy 34:12).
And with great power the apostles gave witness to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And great grace was upon them all (Acts 4:33).
Now these are Your servants and Your people, whom You have redeemed by Your great power, and by Your strong hand (Nehemiah 1:10).
The Lord has established His throne in heaven, And His kingdom rules over all (Psalm 103:19).
And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people
(Matthew 4:23). For the kingdom of God is not in word but in power (1 Corinthians 4:20).
John answered, saying to all, “I indeed baptize you with water; but One mightier than I is coming, whose sandal strap I am not worthy to loose. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire (Luke 3:16).
