But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you (Matthew 6:33).
Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 4 of the 31 days of the month of June, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our series ‘The great promises of God’ – Seek first the Kingdom of God.
The access to receive all that God has for us is by faith in God or in His Word. The Bible is rich in making us know the exceedingly great promises of God, but you must seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you (Matthew 6:33). If you an unbeliever seeking to be a partaker of the Divine nature of Christ, you must be born again, by giving your life to Christ and repent from all your sins.
What exactly is the Kingdom of God? Is the rulership of eternal and sovereign God over which He reigns as King and the fulfilment of His will on Earth. For the kingdom of God is not in word but in power (1 Corinthians 4:20).
Jesus Christ spoke to His disciples not to worry about life. “Therefore, I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? (Matthew 6:25). Seeking the advancement of the Kingdom of God is the utmost heartfelt priority of God.
For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things (Matthew 6:32). But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you (Matthew 6:33). There is a difference between earthly measure of success and divine success. There are many souls to be saved and there are many who are suffering on this earth, needing the salvation of their souls.

Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom comes. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:9-10).
For the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit (Romans 14:17).
I pray with you today, may you experience a supernatural manifestation of healings, deliverance, signs and wonders in your life, marriage, finance, business, and family in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Glory be to God!
