Your Devotional message for 4th Jan 2021
Scripture:
Then the Lord answered me and said: “Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it (Habakkuk 2:2)
Explanation:
As we begin the new year, one of the ways great people differentiate themselves from the ordinary is by casting vision, plans and purpose for their life and the new year. This is so crucial that you do not repeat the same negative habits that didn’t produce fruits last year. This new year gives us the opportunities to set up plans, mission, and goals. Therefore, let your God given vision determines what you spend your time upon.
In today Daily Meditation, day 4 of 31 days we will meditate on the scriptures relating tothe new series called Keys for success in 2022’-The Power of Vision.
Great men in the scriptures such as Moses, Joseph, David, and Paul, received vision of their life. The Holy Spirit speaks to us today and can give you the specific vision for your life.“And it shall come to pass afterward that I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions (Joel 2:28).
Job had inspiration and said “For God may speak in one way, or in another, yet man does not perceive it.In a dream, in a vision of the night,when deep sleep falls upon men,while slumbering on their beds,then He opens the ears of men, and seals their instruction” (Job 33:14-16).Then the Lord answered me and said:“Write the vision and make it plain on tablets,that he may run who reads it.For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie.Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come,It will not tarry(Habakkuk 2:2).
This means that you must:
- Write your vision down and pray over it
- Create strategic plans or goals to run with your vision
- Connect with people who are associates to help you.
The purpose of God given vision or assignment to you on earth is to make others better, profitable, successful and for the benefits of others. May the Lord make your vision a success.

I have also spoken by the prophets, and have multiplied visions; I have given symbols through the witness of the prophets” (Hosea 12:10)
Redeeming the time because the days are evil (Ephesians 5:16).

Today, let me challenge you that Jesus Christ came for your salvation and to give you freely Eternal life. If you are yet to receive Christ, do so today by repentance from all your sins and confess Jesus Christ as Your Lord and saviour.

Faith Confession of the Month:
Our Father, thank you, for another new year and a new day. I shall be glad and rejoice in You. Thank you for my salvation, divine health, grace and glory, provision, protection, eternal life,and supernatural ability at work in me. I declare boldly that I am aglow and strong in the spirit, filled with wisdom, knowledge and understanding; and the grace of God is upon me (Luke 2:40). The Holy Spirit is my Senior Partner. I operate in the Higher dimension of the power through the Word of God and the Power of the Holy Spirit. I have victoried every day of my life.
I operate with the great grace and Mighty Power of God for His great works – Healings, miracles, signs, and wonders. The word of God is in my mouth and as I meditate, it permeates to the deep part of my Spirit, soul, and body. It is written, “And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power” (1 Corinthians 2:4). Behold, I receive the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19). I rule over Satan and his cohort of darkness with the Fire of the Holy Ghost. I prosper in my spirit, soul, and body. My life is flourishing in all areas of life as well as my health even as my soul prospers. Success, wealth, financial abundance and victory are mine in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
Prayer Points:
1. Thank You Father that I will spend this year in prosperity and pleasures in the name of Jesus.
2. Holy Spirit show me great and mighty things and the path of my lifethis year.
3. I arise and shine for my Light has come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon me.
