The Word of the King
The Word of the King

Your Devotional message for 4th Feb 2021

Scriptures:

Where the word of a king is, there is power; and who may say to him, “What are you doing?” (Ecclesiastes 8:4)

Explanation:

It is very interesting to read from history of Kings who have reigned in ages especially how they exercised power and expanded their empire and Kingdoms. The Kingdom of Heaven has been known for ages and God is the Great and Everlasting King.

In today Daily Meditation, day 04 of 28  days, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating toour new series the ‘The Kingdom of God’- The Word of the King.

Where the word of a king is, there is power; and who may say to him, “What are you doing?” (Ecclesiastes 8:4). The Word of the King of Heavens is the Word of God. God created the Heavens and earth by His Word. By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible (Hebrews 11:3).In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God (John 1:1).

The scripture says:

For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart (Hebrews 4:12).

Jesus showed to us that the Word is for our daily consumption like food. But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God’ (Matthew 4:4).

It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life (John 6:63).

So Joshua said to the children of Israel, “Come here, and   hear the words of the Lord your God.” (Joshua 3:9).

The Word of God is still a requirement for successful living today.

Then the word of God spread, and the number of the disciples multiplied greatly in Jerusalem, and a great many of the priests were obedient to the faith (Acts 6:7).

My prayer is that you might receive the rhema of God’s word today into your spirit.

Have you received Jesus Christ as your Lord and saviour?

Today, let me challenge you that Jesus Christ came for your salvation and to give you freely Eternal life. If you are yet to receive Christ, do so today by repentance from all your sins and confessJesus Christ as Your Lord and saviour.

Glory be to God!

In the Month of February, stay connected as  we will study and  meditate on ‘The Kingdom of God’

Faith Confession of the Month:

Our Father, thank you for my salvation, divine health, grace and glory, provision, protection, eternal life, and supernatural ability at work in me. The Holy Spirit is my Senior Partner. I operate in the Higher dimension of the Power of the Holy Spirit. I am more than a conqueror  every day of my life.

Thy Kingdom come and Your will be done in my life as it is in Heaven. I operate with the great grace and Mighty Power of God for His great works – Healings, miracles, signs, and wonders. The word of God is in my mouth and as I meditate, it permeates to the deep part of my  Spirit, soul, and body. It is written, “And my speech and my preaching will not be  with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power” (1 Corinthians 2:4). Behold, I receive the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19). I rule over Satan and his cohort of darkness with the Fire of the Holy Ghost. My life is prospering, flourishing in all areas of life as well as my health even as my soul prospers. Success, wealth, financial abundance  and victory  are mine in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

Prayer Points:
1. Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for sending your word to heal me

2. Oh Lord, thank You that I shall rule over the enemies by the Word in my mouth. 3.I am a receiver of great power and riches and wisdom, and strength and honour and glory and blessing of the Kingdom of God
