Scripture
This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success (Joshua 1:8, NKJV)

Explanation
We have learned this month from the case study of the Jews as they are very successful and prosperous in many societies of the World? Most of them practiced the biblical meditation using the Torah. It is spiritual law given by Jehovah to Joshua and this is not an excuse for the Body of Christ today. How exciting it is to have the advantage in life when you meditate on the word of God, there is assurance that though it may take time to manifest, but surely the benefits of meditation such as prosperity and good success will follow. The word ‘meditate’ also mean to ponder, consider, utter, speak or vocalize.
How do you spend your day and night? Now let put the scripture above into practice!
Step 1: Choose a particular verse of verses in your closet.
Step 2: Ponder on it carefully and begin to memories the verse.
Step 3: Then keep saying it until it enters your mind and spirit.
Prayer is a method of communication with God. Jesus said men ought to pray and never faint. We are to pray always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints. Therefore, Is prayer a substitute to meditation.

During April, we shall be looking at Health and Divine Healing.

Confession
Thank you, Lord, for today. I am a child of You Father. In Your law I meditate day and night. Therefore, make me like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, my leaf also shall not wither; and whatever I do shall prosper in the name of Jesus. I am in good health as my soul prosper every day of my life. Glory be to God.

Further scriptures for meditation:
For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come. (1 Timothy 4:8, NKJV).
