Your Devotional message for 28th March 2021
Scripture
But there is a spirit in man, And the breath of the Almighty gives him understanding.
(Job 32:8)
Explanation
Human tripartite nature remains a mystery to many who expect science to provide proof for existence of Spiritual matter. It is hard by many to believe that there is spirituality to life. Therefore, it is unsafe to think that one can leave by nature alone. The consequences of disregarding spirituality of life have penalty. It has cost many people who are wealthy to look for solution to life issues, but money cannot buy life.
Are you practicing meditation seeing no results? Are you sensing that your meditation is becoming ineffective to your desire? This is the reason for quoting our thematic scripture:
But there is a spirit in man, And the breath of the Almighty gives him understanding.
(Job 32:8). Here the breath of God is the Holy Ghost. Holy Ghost can give you understanding to spiritual things. He is the Spirit of God and the Revealer of the secret.
So, what can hinder your meditation? Be angry, and do not sin. Meditate within your heart on your bed and be still Selah (Psalm 4:4). Example of hinderances here are given as anger or bitterness and other sins. Sin is a reproach to any man. Satan opposes Joshua the high priest standing before the Lord with filthy garments and standing before the Angel in Zechariah 3:1-5. God had to remove his iniquity and cloth him with rich robes. Therefore, confess and repent from your sins or iniquity. May the Lord keep us from sins and watch us with the blood of Jesus.

Confession
