Meditate on the glorious Splendor of God’s majesty

Your Devotional message for 19th March 2021

Scripture
I will meditate on the glorious splendor of Your majesty, and on Your wondrous works (Psalm 145:5, NKJV).

Explanation
In our last days, we have been discussing on Biblical meditation, on what we should meditate upon. Today we shall be discussing another episode on meditating on the glorious Splendor of God’s majesty. The God of Heavens is a Mighty God. Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; and His greatness is unsearchable (Psalms 145:3, NKJV).

The biblical account of the sights of the glory of God that appeared to the children of Israel is amazing. For instance, Then the cloud covered the tabernacle of meeting, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle (Exodus 40:34, NKJV). There are several accounts of the glory of God. For example, the sight of the glory of the Lord was like a consuming fire on the top of the mountain in the eyes of the children of Israel (Exodus 24:17, NKJV). What would be your reaction if you witness or experience such a visitation of God?
In todays, dispensation we have the glory by Holy Ghost in us and around us. This is because the scripture says for if the ministry of condemnation had glory, the ministry of righteousness exceeds much more in glory (2 Corinthians 3:9, NKJV). His presence can be demonstrated with a tangible evidence. May you experience His glory as you ask the Lord to awaken your glory.

Confession
Thank you, Lord, for today. I am a child of You Father. In Your law I meditate day and night. Therefore, make me like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, my leaf also shall not wither; and whatever I do shall prosper in the name of Jesus. I am in good health as my soul prosper every day of my life. Glory be to God.

Further scriptures for meditation:
But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord (2 Corinthians 3:18, NKJV).
