Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it (Colossians 2:15).
Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 25 of 30 days of the month of November, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘The blood of Jesus Christ’ – Disarmed principalities and powers.
The dead and resurrection, having made Himself a sacrificial offering for man’s sin He has made us alive together with Him. This is one of the significant of His shed blood on the altar of calvary. Jesus Christ disarmed principalities and powers and made them subject to His sons who have obtained power and authority so that we can now rule over them.
And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses, having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it (Colossians 2:13-15).
Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh, and having a High Priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water (Hebrew 10:19-22).
Then likewise he sprinkled with blood both the tabernacle and all the vessels of the ministry. And according to the law almost all things are purified with blood, and without shedding of blood there is no remission (Hebrews 9:21-22).
To Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel (Hebrews 12:24).

Let us pray today: May you experience the fullness of God’s blessing that brings supernatural manifestation of wisdom, healings, deliverance, signs and wonders in your life, marriage, finance, business, and family in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Glory be to God!
