Scripture:
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives
and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed (Luke 4:18).
Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 9 of 30 days of the month of November, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our series ‘The Lord of Lords’’ – The Spirit of the Lord is upon me.
One of the mysteries of God that Jesus portrayed to us is the manifestation of the Spirit of the Lord. Not only will the Spirit of the Lord transform the body, but you will become a dispenser of His eternal verities and a reformer of any known ruin.
The Spirit of the Lord was upon Jesus Christ:
And He was handed the book of the prophet Isaiah. And when He had opened the book, He found the place where it was written: “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed; To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.”(Luke 4:17-19).
The same Spirit of the Lord came upon Ezekiel and took him to the East Gate of the Lord’s house where he saw twenty-five wicked men who devised iniquity:
Then the Spirit of the Lord fell upon me, and said to me, “Speak! ‘Thus says the Lord: “Thus you have said, O house of Israel; for I know the things that come into your mind (Ezekiel 11:5).
May you receive the dimension of the glory of God that will make you to reign in life in the name of Jesus.

The Spirit of the Lord came upon him, and he judged Israel. He went out to war, and the Lord delivered Cushan-Rishathaim king of Mesopotamia into his hand; and his hand prevailed over Cushan-Rishathaim. 11 So the land had rest for forty years. Then Othniel the son of Kenaz died (Judges 3:10-11).
I pray with you today, may you experience a supernatural manifestation of healings, deliverance, signs and wonders in your life, marriage, finance, business, and family in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Glory be to God!
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen (2 Corinthians 13:14).
