Scripture:
I will praise the name of God with a song and will magnify Him with thanksgiving (Psalm 69:30).
Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 31 of 31 days of the month of October, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our series ‘The Revealed Mystery of God’’ – Thanksgiving.
As our doctrine every month, we celebrate end of the month with thanksgiving to God. This is because His grace, mercy, and goodness to us every day are indispensable and priceless. We thank God for a proportion of the mysteries which has been hidden from ages and from generations, but now has been revealed to His saints.
Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him and bless His name. For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting, and His truth endures to all generations (Psalm 100:4-5).
For in the days of David and Asaph of old there were chiefs of the singers, and songs of praise and thanksgiving to God (Nehemiah 12:46).
Then out of them shall proceed thanksgiving And the voice of those who make merry; I will multiply them, and they shall not diminish; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small (Jeremiah 30:19).
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God (Philippians 4:6).
I pray that you will be a delight in the name of Jesus. May all the power of darkness working against you be destroyed in the name of Jesus Christ and His breakthrough shall locate you in the name of Jesus Christ.
