Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 5 of the 31 days of the month of June, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our series ‘The great promises of God’ – By the Word of Truth.
Where do you find information that has stood the test of times, seasons, and years and generations than in the Biblical scriptures? The Word of God is the Word of Truth. The Word does not change irrespective of changes in seasons and times. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). The Word of Truth will preserve you and will produce the promises of God. Of His own will He brought us forth by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of first fruits of His creatures (James 1:18).
And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free (John 8:32). Jesus Christ is the Truth.
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me (John14:6).
The Bible contains many exceedingly great promises of God. As His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust (2 Peter 1:3-4).
I pray for you that may you discover the Truth that will set you on course for the rest of this year in the name of Jesus.
