The concise guide to health and wellbeing
This book covers all the basic knowledge and skills of health in all the six domains of health. This book unravels not just a dimensional approach to health but that of medical, holistic and spiritual concepts that guide diseases prevention taking into consideration principles of human health and its challenges. It is also based on the triune concept of the humans: The spirit, soul and body. This is a mystery surrounding human nature. As we are spiritual beings, the 6D of health explores not just the physical, social, family, emotional, but also the spiritual and mental domains of health which could render the ‘biopsychosocial model’ of health obsolete in its conceptualization. In this book, I talk about the transcendent insight that I received that certain diseases of unknown causes have spiritual root and will be difficult to unravel by the current scientific dogma.
