Your Devotional message for 22nd February 2023
Scripture:
For the Lord your God is a consuming fire, a jealous God (Deuteronomy 4:24).
Explanation:
Earlier in the beginning of the Month we explored the Word of the Lord as a weapon of warfare. Jesus Christ overcame the devil’s temptation by the spoken word. The Lord of Hosts is God, Who is a consuming fire. For the Lord your God is a consuming fire, a jealous God (Deuteronomy 4:24). A fire goes before Him and burns up His enemies round about (Psalm 97:3). Therefore, the Fire of the Holy Ghost is a spiritual weapon for warfare.
Prophet Elijah demonstrated this faith when he met the four hundred and fifty prophets of Baal, the prophets of Baal. Then you call on the name of your gods, and I will call on the name of the Lord; and the God who answers by fire, He is God.” So all the people answered and said, “It is well spoken (1 Kings 18:24).
As you apply this wisdom you will see with your eyes: “How the mighty have fallen, And the weapons of war perished!” (2 Samuel 1:27).
May His presence bring His deliverance, healings, His glory, His power, His works and Acts, His Word and Peace.
In today Daily Meditation, day 22 of the 28 days of the month of February, we will study and meditate on these scriptures relating to our new series ‘The Lord of Hosts’.

Thanks be to God for my salvation, divine health, grace, glory, provision, protection, eternal life, healings, and supernatural ability at work in me. I operate in the Higher dimension of the Spirit and Power of God. I am more than a conqueror every day of my life. I function in the Powerful name of Jesus with great grace and Mighty Power of God for His great works – Healings, miracles, signs, and wonders. Infirmity in my body be scattered and be destroyed by Fire. I cast you out. Behold, I take authority over serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19). Prosperity is mine.
This month Our God, the Great Counsellor shall manifest His glory in your life in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
