Your Devotional message for 11th January 2023
Scripture:
Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you (Isaiah 60:1).
Explanation:
One of the purposes of the Light of God is not only to bring an end to, but for you to shine in this World. Many Christians will desire to see the manifestation of greater works of God in their life as we begin this year 20123.You must be full of the Light of God in this year 2023. “The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light (Matthew 6:22).
Arise and shine this year. As you walk in the glory of the Lord the Holy Spirit you will gain inner strength and the Holy Spirit willreveal His counsel about the Promises of God, His plans, guidance, direction, instructions,and enlightenment.
I pray for you that in this year the Lord shall bring to you revelation of His counsel, favour, mercy, blessing, success, and progress in the name of Jesus.
In today Daily Meditation, day 11of the 31 days of the month of December, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our new series ‘The counsel of the Lord’
Arise and shine through the Light of God:
Arise, shine;For your light has come!And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you.For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people;
But the Lord will arise over you, and His glory will be seen upon you.The Gentiles shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising (Isaiah 60:1-3).
But the path of the just is like the shining sun, that shines ever brighter unto the perfect day (Proverbs 4:18).

If then your whole body is full of light, having no part dark, the whole body will be full of light, as when the bright shining of a lamp gives you light”(Luke 11:36).
As we journey through the month of January 2023, I pray for you that you may be victorious no matterwhat come your way. I pray that His mercy and grace will preserve you and keep you in the name of Jesus. You will walk in the counsel of the Lord for your life.Glory be to God.

This month Our God, the Great Counsellor shall manifest His glory in your life in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
