Your Devotional message for 21st June 2022
Scripture:
And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love (1 Corinthians 13:13).
Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 21 of the 30 days of the month of June, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our new series ‘The Realm of Faith’ – Faith and Love.
Well, we have been talking about faith in the last 3 weeks. Knowing that faith might not produce many results without Love. Paul was writing this analogy and to let us recognize the power of love. It is amazing that one may be doing charitable donations and giving to the needs of people without love. If you are reading this little write up today, it is an not a condemnation, but an appeal to consider faith with love. That is why Paul wrote “And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing” (1 Corinthians 13:3). He who does not love does not know God, for God is love (1 John 4:8). Jesus said to a Lawyer who came to test him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbour as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.” (Matthew 22:37-40).
Other examples of the scripture to steer your faith:

And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him (1 John 4:16).
Oh, love the Lord, all you, His saints! For the Lord preserves the faithful, and fully repays the proud person (Psalm 31:23).
Finally,
But as you abound in everything—in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in all diligence, and in your love for us—see that you abound in this grace also (2 Corinthians 8:7).
Have you received Jesus Christ as your Lord and saviour?
Today, let me encourage you that Jesus Christ came for your salvation and to give you freely Eternal life. If you are yet to receive Christ, do so today by repentance from all your sins and confess Jesus Christ as Your Lord and saviour.

It is written, “And my speech and my preaching will not be with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power” (1 Corinthians 2:4). Behold, I take authority over serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19). I rule over Satan and his cohort of darkness. My life prospers, continued prospering, and I flourish in all areas of life as well as my health even as my soul prospers. Success, wealth, financial abundance and victory are mine in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

1. Thanks be to God that I will respond to the word of God with great faith and love.
2. My Father as I pray, I decree and declare that I overcome every power of embargo against my advancement in the name of Jesus Christ.
3. We pray and agree for peace of God to reign in the Nations of Russia and Ukraine under war right now.
