Your Devotional Message for 21st October

Scripture: The utterance of him who hears the words of God, who sees the vision of the Almighty, who falls down, with eyes wide open (Numbers 24:4).

Explanation:

We will  continue today, day 21 of the 31 days of this series called ‘The Lord Spoke’.

Today we will gain further understanding of the other ways by which the Lord speaks to his people leading to ‘hearing the Voice of God’, more importantlyby opened visions of God. Whenever God gives either an ‘open’ or ‘closed’ vision. In a closed vision, God shows the vision to the person in their “mind’s eye.” Whereas in an open vision, God shows the vision to the person as if it were happening right in front of the person with the eyes opened and conscious. The utterance of him who hears the words of God, who sees the vision of the Almighty, who falls down, with eyes wide open (Numbers 24:4).

The scriptures highlighted how God spoke to the righteous to give instruction through visions for a future event. God expect a vision of your life to be written down. Then the Lord answered me and said: “Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it (Habakkuk 2:2).

Most importantly the more you are filled with the Spirit of God, the more like the Spirit of wisdom and revelation to bring insight and revelations about the future.

Here are a few other examples of the scriptures expounding onHearing Lord Spoke –  By Visions of God.

The experience of Balaam’s prophecy:

The utterance of him who hears the words of God, and has the knowledge of the Most High, Who sees the vision of the Almighty, Who falls down, with eyes wide open (Numbers 24:16).

The experience of Moses: Then He said, “Hear now My words: If there is a prophet among you, I, the Lord, make Myself known to him in a vision; I speak to him in a dream (Numbers 12:6).

Prophet Ezekiel:

Now it came to pass in the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, on the fifth day of the month, as I was among the captives by the River Chebar, that the heavens were opened, and I saw visions of God (Ezekiel 1:1).

Have you received Jesus Christ as your Lord and saviour?

If you are yet to receive Christ Jesus,  do so today by repenting  from all your sins and make Him the Lord of your life.

Thanks be to God for His fullness,  grace and His victory.  Glory be to God!In the Month of October 2021, do not miss any day as  we will be meditating on ‘When  the Lord Speaks’

Faith Confession for Grace and Power:

Our Father, Thank you, for another day. I shall be glad and rejoice in You. Thank you for salvation, divine health, grace and glory, provision, protection, and supernatural enablement.  And I declare boldly that I am aglow and strong in the spirit, filled with wisdom of God; and the grace of God is upon me (Luke 2:40). The Holy Spirit is my Senior Teacher and Partner. Lord show me Your glory. I declare that my spiritual ears, eyes, and other spiritual senses are opened to His divine revelations.

It is written, “And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power” (1 Corinthians 2:4).Behold, I receive the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19). I operate with the great grace and Mighty Power of God for His great works – Healings, miracles and signs and wonders. The word of God is in my mouth and as I meditate, it permeates to the deep part of my  Spirit, soul, and body. I am manifesting the great power of God. I rule over Satan and his cohort of darkness with the Fire of the Holy Ghost.  I prosper in my spirit, soul, and body. My life is flourishing in all areas of life as well as my health even as my soul prospers. Success, wealth, financial abundance  and victory  are mine in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Glory be to God!
