Your Devotional message for 3rd August 2021
Scripture:
‘Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain! And he shall bring forth the capstone with shouts of “Grace, grace to it!” (Zechariah 4:7).
Explanation:
Grace and Mercy of God be multiplied to you in the name of Jesus Christ.
This is day 3 of 31 days of the Daily Meditation on this series ushering us to a deeper study on the knowledge of Grace and Mercy of God. We serve a Mighty God with awesome splendor, powerful acts and full of grace and glory. In today Daily Meditation, we will be exploring the topic: The Grace and Mercy of God – The different types of grace
Here are a few of the scriptures expounding on the different types of grace:
The grace of God for salvation:
For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age (Titus 2:11-12).
The grace of God for justification:
Being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus ( Romans 3:24).
The grace of God for work or assignment or gifts:
Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, let us prophesy in proportion to our faith (Romans 12:6).
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ to become rich:
For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich (2 Corinthians 8:9).
Are you facing temptation or challenges of life?
Then you need the grace of God as a gift of His divine ability to work things out for you. “Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need” (Hebrews 4:16). If you are yet to receive Christ Jesus, do so today and repent from all your sins and make Him the Lord of your life.
Thanks be to God for His fullness and grace and so we have His victory.

Faith Confession for Grace and Power:
Thank you Lord for another day. I shall be glad and rejoice. Thank you for salvation, divine health, grace and glory, provision, protection, and supernatural enablement. And I declare boldly that I am aglow and became strong in spirit, filled with wisdom of God; and the grace of God is upon me (Luke 2:40). The Holy Spirit is my Senior Teacher and Partnership.
It is written, “And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power” (1 Corinthians 2:4). Behold, I receive the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19). I operate with the great Power of God for His great works – Healings, miracles and signs and wonders. The word of God is in my mouth and as I meditate, it permeates to the deep part of my Spirit, soul, and body. I am manifesting the great power of God.
I rule over Satan and his cohort of darkness. I prosper in my spirit, soul, and body. My life is flourishing in all areas of life as well as my health even as my soul prospers. Success, wealth, abundance and victory are mine in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
