Your Devotional message for 10th July 2021
Scripture:
Give unto the Lord, O you mighty ones, Give unto the Lord glory and strength (Psalms 29:1, NKJV).
Explanation:
In our day 10 of 31 days of the Daily Meditation on the theme basking in the Glory of God, we will look at why it is good to give glory to God. Give unto the Lord, O you mighty ones, Give unto the Lord glory and strength (Psalms 29:1).
The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament shows His handiwork (Psalms 19:1).
Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us, But to Your name give glory, Because of Your mercy, Because of Your truth (Psalm 115:1).
“The sun shall no longer be your light by day, nor for brightness shall the moon give light to you; But the Lord will be to you an everlasting light, And your God your glory (Isaiah 60:19).
To the end that my glory may sing praise to You and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks to You forever (Psalm 30:12).
Then immediately an angel of the Lord struck him, because he did not give glory to God. And he was eaten by worms and died (Acts 12:23).
Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God (1 Corinthians 10:31).
Saying with a loud voice, “Fear God and give glory to Him, for the hour of His judgment has come; and worship Him who made heaven and earth, the sea and springs of water.” (Revelation 14:7).
Say I am a carrier of the glory of God. Study and meditate on the Word of God. Pray in the Spirit often. Expect and ask God to manifest His Glory and the Angelic ministration.

Faith Confession for Power:
Thank you, Lord for the Spirit of the Lord is at work in me. Let the sight of the glory of the Lord be as a consuming fire around my life that make my adversaries to flee.
It is written, “And my speech and my preaching will not be with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power” (1 Corinthians 2:4). Behold, I receive the authority and power to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me. Therefore, I rule over Satan and his cohort of darkness. I operate in the great Power of God for His great works – Healings, miracles and signs and wonders. The word of God is in my mouth like Fire and as I meditate, it permeates to the deep part of my Spirit, soul, and body. I am manifesting the power and the glory of God.
I prosper in my spirit, soul, and body. My life is flourishing in all areas of life as well as my health even as my soul prospers. Prosperity and success are mine in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
