Scripture:
He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake (Psalm 23:3).
Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 24 of the 31 days of the month of June, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our series ‘The great promises of God’ – Restoration.
In our Today daily meditation, let us further examine and explore another great promise of God relating to restoration. Restoration occurs when something is returned to its earlier good condition or position or to its owner. It can be relating to body, soul and spirit or perhaps has got to do with Business or material loss. Such a quest for restoration should prompt a need for desperate prayer to seek the attention of God through prayer of petition. The Psalmist wrote: O God, You have cast us off; You have broken us down; You have been displeased; Oh, restore us again! (Psalm 60:1). Restore us, O Lord God of hosts; Cause Your face to shine, And we shall be saved! (Psalm 80:19).
David wrote that: He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake (Psalm 23:3). Let us look at a few examples of restoration.
The Healing of a man with withered hand by Jesus Christ:
Then He said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” And he stretched it out, and it was restored as whole as the other (Matthew 12:13).
The healing of Naaman’s Leprosy:
Naaman was furious initially when he received instruction to go and wash in River Jordan. And Elisha sent a messenger to him, saying, “Go and wash in the Jordan seven times, and your flesh shall be restored to you, and you shall be clean” (2 Kings 5:10).
Job received restoration after praying for his friends:
And the Lord restored Job’s losses when he prayed for his friends. Indeed, the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before (Job 42:10).
I pray with you that in any area of your life where you need restoration, may the Lord arise with His mercy and bring you restoration in the name of Jesus Christ.

I pray with you today, may you experience a supernatural manifestation of healings, deliverance, signs and wonders in your life, marriage, finance, business, and family in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Glory be to God!
