Scripture
My son, give attention to my words; incline your ear to my sayings, do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart; For they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh (Proverbs 4:20-22, NKJV).
Explanation
In today Daily meditation, we shall be exploring the Word of God that brings health and healing. The Words of God from Genesis to revelation are given to us for a purpose as a believer. Personally, I have tested and proven that these words are active and powerful after they are meditated upon. Biblical meditation is not as the same as reading or studying the Bible. Meditating on the Word is indispensable.
In the Proverbs 4: 20-22, we see the instruction on giving attention to the Words. The act of meditation allows you to take the Words into the midst of your Human Spirit which is your heart. The benefit is that the Word in your Spirit becomes health to your flesh or and healing for your soul and spirit.
Early days precisely over 10 years, I began to explore the importance of meditating on the Scriptures especially those that relate to Health and Healing. This is because the Word of God is God Himself. He sent His word and healed them and delivered them from their destructions (Psalms 107:20). It is impossible to separate the Spirit of God and His Word from God. Jesus is the Word that became flesh. Jesus said that when you have seen Him, you have seen the Father (John 14:9).
As I did, I began to use and speak the Words against attack of sickness and illness, I began to see His manifestation for healing and deliverance. This works not only for me but also for others as well. Awesome! Such Scripture in your Spirit can change any situation under the Power of God. Jesus said that the words that He speaks to you are spirit and they are life (John 6:63, NKJV). Proverbs 3:21 (NKJV) says My son, let the Word of God not depart from your eyes, keep sound wisdom and discretion; So, they will be life to your soul and grace to your neck. Just as the sickness causes death to the physical body, the word of God can give Life to any mortal cells, tissue, or organ in the body.
The word of God is God Himself. The word of God is powerful and infallible. Attend to the word, ponder over the word as you read or study the Bible, mediate upon it, confess it, and see the changes that you intended. Obedience to the words has generational benefits. Observe and obey all these words which I command you, that it may go well with you and your children after you forever, when you do what is good and right in the sight of the Lord your God (Deuteronomy 12:28, NKJV).
Rebellion against the words of God has serious consequences. For instances, in Psalm 107:12, you see the consequence of disobedience is indescribable: ‘therefore He brought down their heart with labor; they fell, and there was none to help. That will not be your portion in the name of Jesus.
Stay tune as we shall continue further tomorrow. Remain uncommonly blessed.
Confession:
The word of God is in my mouth. For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, it is piercing even to the division of my soul and spirit, and of my joints and marrow, and is a discerner of my thoughts and intents of the heart.
I prosper in all my ways and have good success daily, monthly and all years to the Glory of God in the name of Jesus. My body is healthy and strong. I refuse sickness, diseases, and evils of this world. I exercise my dominion over devil and the cohorts of darkness. From today I declare my victory and protection in the name of Jesus.

Behold, I will bring it health and healing; I will heal them and reveal to them the abundance of peace and truth (Jeremiah 33:6, NKJV).
The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God stands forever (Isaiah 40:8, NKJV).
