Your Devotional message for 8th April 2021
Scripture:
Giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light. He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins (Colossians 1:12-14, NKJV).
Explanation;
Have you ever wondered when there is a blood disorder of any form, it affects the entire body and causes systemic symptoms? This is because the life of the body is in the blood. The Word of the Lord says: For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it to you upon the altar to make atonement for your souls; for it is the blood that makes atonement for the soul.’ (Leviticus 17:11, NKJV). Therefore, as you see not even the old covenant was dedicated without blood (Hebrews 9:18). The atonement for sins was expedient in the old testament through the blood, however, this practice was not competent enough to cleanse sins once and for all. Especially from the scripture we know that: For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ (Romans 5:17, NKJV). We saw the consequences of Adamic sin that brought death penalty.
Have you also wondered, that evil and wickedness also are orchestrated by the wicked whose feet are swift to shed blood (Romans 3:15)? For their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed blood (Proverbs 1:16, NKJV). However, Jesus was an expression of the Love of God and God gave Himself as a ransom for the sins of man. We have received through Christ an abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness.
Living right by ensuring one is as good, humble, and loving to his neighbor is a very good thing but does not equate as righteousness in Christ Jesus. The Righteousness of Christ is a gift of God that is imparted into one spirit from salvation through the redemption of Christ. It is a force that makes your spirit to reckon with God. Thanks be to God that Christ Jesus shed his blood on the cross once and for all on the Cross. whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed (Romans 3:25),
Likewise, spiritually the blood of Jesus Christ has eternal benefits for our living especial Divine Health and Healing.
Abiding – Jesus said that He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me, and I in him (John 6:56, NKJV).
For redemption from sins – Jesus obtained eternal redemption.
In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace (Ephesians 1:7)
Justification by the blood of Christ – Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him (Romans 5:9),
Consecration – But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin (1 John 1:7).
Deliverance and Power – And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death (Revelation 12:11).
Peace through the blood of Christ – and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross (Colossians 1:20).
In conclusion, the blood of Christ has eternal life and virtues. His blood made us free from eternal consequences of sins, iniquity and Transgression and provides access to the throne of Grace and Power. Through, these and consecration, we can obtain deliver health and healings. We have victory over the cohort of darkness and to bide their attack over the spirit, soul, and the body. Glory be to God.

Confession:
The word of God is in my mouth. For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, it is piercing even to the division of my soul and spirit, and of my joints and marrow, and is a discerner of my thoughts and intents of the heart.
I prosper in all my ways and have good success daily, monthly and all years to the Glory of God in the name of Jesus. My body is healthy and strong. I refuse sickness, diseases, and evils of this world. I exercise my dominion over devil and the cohorts of darkness. From today I declare my victory and protection in the name of Jesus.
